Soft Restaurant® FAQs

The Soft Restaurant® system is designed to adapt to any Food and Beverage turn such as cafes, pizzerias, fast food, discos, bars etc. Additionally, our system has proven to be functional for other turns like drive-ins, golf clubs, and beaches. 

Soft Restaurant® version 10 does not have a limit of equipment on which it can be installed, however, it will only be operable simultaneously in the number of equipment mentioned according to the license. 

Example: 2 nodes = 2 devices operable simultaneously.

The Soft Restaurant® system is ready to work with electronic invoicing, it only requires contracting CFDI packages to generate your documents. This feature is available starting with version 8 of the system.

With version 10 PRO you will be able to use the AutoInvoice module that allows your clients to generate their invoice from the comfort of their home.

Soft Restaurant® allows you to know the existence of your supplies and you can also manage the warehouses by carrying out operations such as purchases, waste, transfers between warehouses, among others.

The system offers you multiple reports of sales, administration, cash, warehouse among others. The Soft Restaurant® 10 PRO version also includes the Add On Analytics, with which you can keep a detailed track of your objectives and goals.

The Soft Restaurant® license is valid only and exclusively in a restaurant or branch at the same time, therefore in the case of 2 or more branches, you must acquire 1 license per branch.

The license is non-transferable and the data entered in the registry cannot be modified. However, we have the option to partially change the data.

Soft Restaurant® is developed to work with all computer equipment, including touch screens, as long as they meet the minimum system requirements.

There is no limit to the number of printers to use. However, you must use 1 printer per area and up to a maximum of 3 (Original, 1st. Copy and 2nd. Copy).

Yes, you can connect a reader and use it to make the sale faster.

The purchase of the software license includes video tutorials and manuals that will allow you to complete the installation and registration process of your software. If you prefer that we carry out the installation, you can purchase the service through National Soft® or with one of our authorized distributors.
